A stainless steel multi-stage vertical pump is a vertically structured centrifugal pump made of stainless steel, widely used in high-pressure, high-flow, or environments with stringent requirements for medium cleanliness. It can transport various media ranging from tap water to specialized liquids, suitable for different temperature, flow, and pressure ranges. This equipment includes vertical, single-suction, multi-stage, and split-case centrifugal pumps, applicable to urban water supply and centralized heating systems. The impeller, guide vanes, and other components of the stainless steel multi-stage vertical pump are formed by pressing stainless steel plates and laser welding, resulting in high surface finish, minimal hydraulic loss, and easy internal cleaning, which is highly beneficial for conveying pure media. Since the impeller is made by pressing and welding stainless steel plates, small-flow, high-head pumps that are difficult to achieve with cast impellers can be easily realized.
